Not much information has been given on this Question. But from what i can gather, you have created an account on a smartphone/Tablet and cannot send messages. Can you receive messages? As we are not sure which smartphone type you have all i can suggest is turn the settings off then back off. If that fails. Uninstall the application and re install it period, make sure all network connections are on either Wi-Fi or Mobile data(If you have Mobile Data) if that then fails, please make another Question with a little more info. Thank you.
