My friends facebook won't let him on the log in page why?

My friends facebook won't let him on the log in page or anything with the word facebook init, it won't let people post on his wall or tag him in anything it is still letting us inbox tho. He has tried to log in through numrous phone, ipads, blackberry pads, laptops ect and all it is saying is account tempreily unavadabile, could you exsplain why this happening and how we can fix it?

Probably because he has been banned by facebook for breaking the rules. He has to wait until the ban has been lifted by facebook.
