YAHOO NO LONGER PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP !?

While it may be difficult to get to them, supposedly they are still providing it. On their HELP page is this:
Call 1-800-318-0612 for Login Help

There is also a link in the BANNER on the HELP page to click to get online assistance:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/helpcentral

It says there:
"Need Help Logging In?
Get online assistance -
give us your details to get started. "

You click the part that says: "give us your details".

Finally, that same page has a "Contact Us for Product Issues" link on the right side, and links to the Twitter and FB accounts, where you can post to them for help, I've heard.
