Google Chrome right click problems SOS please help!!!?

So my problem is, is that everytime i right click on google chrome on a webpage it doesnt work, the thing that should pop up (copy and paste ect) either doest pop up or will only pop up for a mere second. It also will not let me click the setting option on the upper right hand corner of the screen. And no it is not my mouse i have tried 3 diffrenent mouses and they all have the same problem. I can right hand click on the upper part of the screen like where they show you what website you are on.
and this problem is only on google chrome, i wouldnt ask for answers to be so urgent except i do online school and grade check is this weekend and im doing a ton of testing right now!!!
This problem only started happening halfway through the day.

Sometimes Google chrome system files get corrupted.
You have to uninstall it manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.

(Backup your Bookmarks before uninstalling)
After reinstalling it, it will work fine.
