In community college i have exactly one more semester to get my a.a.s degree in management/marketing?

What is the chances of me landing a job in the future? WHat type of positions should I apply for once I obtain this degree? Where should I look for help finding a job? I live in Chicagoland area and if anyone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated........
