How to get rid of facebook groups ?

I want to know how to opt out of a facebook group if one of your friends added you.
My idiotic friend added me in his most idiotic,useless,senseless,cheap group.
I am really irritated with all the posts they share on that group.

Go to the group page, scroll down under members, select leave group.

Hate that option they added, pain in the rear.
