Facebook Addiction Please Help Urgent?
My father is addicted to facebook. he has multiple fake accounts and many devices to use. He is so senseless and ridiculous all because of Zynga Poker! Adding on to that, he has no job. My mom is a doctor and my dad is stay at home. He takes no responsibility as a parent and is overwhelmingly disruptive. I can't talk to him about it because he's so strict and will most likely threaten me. Sometimes he's up at 4am talking to his Zynga Poker 'friends'. Not to mention he is 54. His habits are destroying this family. Is there a call center for this problem, because it seems that my Reports aren't being seen.

You need to support your mother as she begins divorce proceedings. Your father can only help himself, and there's no way he'll listen to his family until they are gone. This scenario plays out all the time, and it seldom ends happily. If he's addicted to gambling, he may give away everything, including the house. Your mother needs to take steps to protect the family from that possibility.

In time, he may seek help for his addiction, but that is up to him. You have no responsibility there, and you need to understand that.

Assuming this is real and not a silly story,
try to do an intervention with him and talk with him on why is obsessed with Zynga Poker. And either hide the devices away from him at all.

Try to get your entire family together including him to talk to him about it and share your feelings towards it, try to soften him up somehow. I dont know how he is as a person but everyone has something that gets to them, you just need to find out what it is. And maybe if he has multiple people telling him what could happen to the family he will realize it and possibly go get some help. But you really cant help someone who doesnt want to be helped. Sorry for what youre going through.
