Google Chrome Themes !!!?

I just found out that I have google chrome on my laptop. I'm going to be using it way more often now. I have an obsession with tie dye. I want that to be my google chrome theme but that isn't any of the choices for themes. I've been to many websites that tell you how to make your own theme but they aren't very detailed. I cannot seem to fine the "default.dll" file on my laptop. I have an acer notebook laptop, would that effect me finding the file ? I really need help ! It would be great if someone who knew how to make a theme could make a tie dye one for me ! Thanks.
