Why doesn't craigslist warn users of using their crossroads when selling/giving item(s)?
as early as 5:30 this a.m. I had folks driving near the crossroads I gave on craigslist honking around the neighborhood after clearly stating on the ad I would select a recipient and contact them.

What's with this?? I would never consider just showing up in someone's neighborhood who advertises something without being contacted to pick up.

I would never have entered the crossroads if craigslist' didn't have the area one fills in for this.

Well, craigslist is just trying to ask for useful info...it's pretty stupid if people are just randomly driving around the area without contacting you...wouldn't bother me though. I'm pretty sure that info is optional...I've never entered that...I usually wait until somebody contacts me, then I give them my address...
