Why have some people's facebook profile structures changed?

There seems to be a new type of Facebook profile where people have a timeline like structure instead of the old interface. Why have only some users been affected with this, and are there any settings for it? If I wanted to make everyone's profile look like it used to me, would I be able to?

People choose whether they want the new Timeline feature or not. Eventually, everyone will be upgraded to Timeline and no, there isn't a way for you to view a person's profile the old way once they upgraded to Timeline.

Every person is the school of knowledge his attitude is different from any other so as his choose he changes the facebook profile structure.
What you are doing it is the main factor for this ability. But as simply there is no way but if you are hacker then is possible.
