How do I approach this guy?

So I was in twitter the other night and my friend retweeted a very funny tweet, so I checked who tweeted it and it was such a cute guy...it sounds weird but he's so cute and I really wanna talk to him...I followed him and he followed me back, my problem is that he never tweets as much anymore so I can't exactly say anything to him...or start a conversation, so I was thinking of DM'ing (Direct messaging him)...I have no idea what to say or anything though, do you have any ideas? I know he's a Virgo, if that helps?

Hehe, I know that. I was having that problem too, but you know what? It'll be so awesome and great the moment you start to chat. Just write a message, starting with saying: Hi, it's me --- . How are you / or what are you doing?
It's that simple :-) But I know you need aot of courage to do it. Just write and see him as a very good friend. I hope that helps! Good luck
