HELP!! FACEBOOK DISABLED MY ACCOUNT AND I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO PHONE.?

Hello. My name is Daniel. Recently someone flagged my account and It got disabled, now it asks for the phone number on the account so it can send the code to. Problem is.. the phone is deactivated and it was in someone else's name, so Verizon are being bitches and not telling how much we owe on the phone. So I can't get the phone reactivated. Any way around this?
