How do I change the web address of my wordpress site?

As just an example:

I signed up for an account as "yellow123" when I actually meant it to be "yellow1234".
The web address is yellow123.wordpress.com.

In settings, I changed the web address as yellow1234.wordpress.com in the box. After doing so, I entered the correct address in google and it says "Author deleted this webpage/Unavailable." Does it take time for the address to change?

These two sites are active

http://yellow1234.wordpress.com/

also, you cannot just change web or blog address by changing it under settings...whatever you used to sign up, that's your official website url

should you changed your mind, you can always create a new blog using your desired url
