To add a Moderation tools in the facebook new comment box i have to add the meta tag in the comment box code. Where in the hell do i put it? I put it almost everywhere and still does not work!

According to Facebook's blog, you add the meta tag right below your div id. It shouldn't matter as long as it's under it. Press enter and paste. If that doesn't work, you might have something missing that they've listed on

because I see you don't have everything. Just follow this basic outline

It could also be that you're using the facebook default things (e.g. example.com) that you should input yourself. Those things that you just posted are just examples by Facebook, so you should edit them to your website's personal information.
