Computer Pros-PLEASE HELP!?

I'm sorry-I know very little about the Internet, and my son may be in danger. This regards my phone. I checked my security site last week, and it stated I had 1 site at risk, which was my Chrome Browser. My Ebay account is set on my Chrome Browser,and I've noticed it won't load lately-when I would hit Reload, nothing happened. The security site stated I should update Chrome Browser, but when I did, now Chrome Brower won't come up at all. I am worried that a hacker got into my Chrome Browser-if this happened, could the hacker have gotten into my other accounts as well? I'm worried about my email account and my Google Drive site-I have sent friends emails wiith my son's address in them, and I checked a site on Google Drive to look at my son's address and make sure his cell number didn't show up. I'm afraid a hacker could've seen my emails, or found the site I searched on Google Drive with my son's address, and now my son may be in danger. The security site said only 1 site was at risk,which was Chrome Browser. If this site was hacked, could my other sites have been hacked as well? Please offer your expertise-I am very worried. I am very grateful for any assistance.
