Google Chrome Troubles with loading?
Every time I try to open Google Chrome, it tells me this:

Unable to access the network
Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network.

This may be because your firewall or antivirus software wrongly thinks Google Chrome is an intruder on your computer and is blocking it from connecting to the Internet.
Here are some suggestions:
Try adding Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
Error 138 (net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED): Unable to access the network.

And I've already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, then I 'tried' what Google Chrome has told me (though I'm not sure if I did it correctly), it still isn't working. Is there anyway to fix it without going to a computer store?
Also, while I get this message, Internet Explorer still works and I've tried to add it back on the list so the firewall doesn't reject it.

It's saying go to your anti virus software (kaspersky, norton, microsoft security, etc) and list Google Chrome as one of those safe programs. It could also be your internet is down because I get a similar message from Chrome occasionally.
