I have never heard of a computer being hacked by just running a minecraft server. Of course someone could hit you with a denial of service (DoS) attack, but that just chokes your internet connection while they are doing it, that does not hack your computer. For some to break into your computer you would have to leave some other port open (or forwarded to the server) to something vulnerable to exploits or download something infected.
