Why isn't my Google chrome not opening?
lol.. I meant why is my google chrome not opening
I just used it yesterday, now I'm using Internet explorer. I double clicked on the icon and even tried right clicking and clicked on open, even tried going through programs and opening it and still nothing. Also when I try to open it my pointer doesn't spin around or do the hour glass thing like it does when I open other things.

Woah, don't use internet explorer ever. If you want to have a backup browser use Firefox.

Why isn't it not opening... Does that mean it is working? Jk Jk that kinda annoyed me. Anyways reinstall and if all else fails use firefox.

while chrome isn't as bad as firefox, it's simply better to use ie8:

That happened to me too!!! Try going into windows task manager (ctrl alt delete) then go to the "processes" tab, then find "chrome.exe", now if it is there, right click and do end process tree, it will ask if your sure, then click yes. If it isn't there, or it doesn't work, go to the "Processes" tab again, and find "explorer.exe", now right click, end process tree. Everything will be gone, except Windows Task Manager. Don't panic! Go to the "Applications" tab, then click New Task, now type in "explorer.exe" and click ok. this will reset everything, and Google chrome should work. It worked for me.
