Free Website.........?

Does anybody know where I can make a 100% free website. I know that it may be "Low quality" but that is okay I just need to get strated. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

If you have no coding experience, using a blog platform might be best adding content is more like filling in forms, one rare free host example with no paid upgrades is Google's Blogger.com (they do allow custom domains names you would get elsewhere)

To get a feel for the look of these sites try a web search for:

Wordpress.com is the free hosted (slightly limited) version of the industry standard blog platform used by about 17% of the top 1 million sites. They do charge for upgrades needed to go commercial.
