Can't tweet from iPhone?

So my iPhone hasn't been letting me tweet from my notification bar on the share widget. It's been going on for quite a while now. I've deleted my twitter app and reinstalled it. I've shut off my phone and turned it back on. I've turned the share widget on and off. I've restored it. Nothing seems to make it work.

I know it's not my iPhone because I just got a replacement for my old one this morning.

If it helps, I have iOS 6.1.3
