Two things are important here
1. Make sure you pick the right keywords any seo consultant that you hire should sit with you and explain why the keywords you picked are great or they aren't.

Always remember the keyword is only as good as the traffic it brings:
The keyword ''chinese'' might sound great but in reality
The keyword '' best chinese in London'' would be much better

As for the cheapness it will depend on the competition of the keyword
