depends on the browser. if you are using mozilla firefox, make sure your system's date is current

1- Update your system date and hour.
and then try if it don't work follow the next step:
2- Make sure that your browser is up to date.
Try again if it don't work try another browser i suggest: Firefox or Google Chrome
and then try again it should now work if it doesn't so you will need to install a new clean original copy of windows 7 or simply don't visit that page !
