Property referrals was it good business?
has anyone ever set up a business in property referrals ie: putting sellers intouch with buyers? did it work and do you need any special qualifications?

It's a lot of work and takes up a lot of time and I mean a lot of time if you have a family to look after prepare not to see them very often.
