internet usage tracking?

hey guys
my friend isn't allowed to play game on his pc so he gets up at 4am and plays till his parents get up at 7 every morning but his dad recently found out that he can track the usage and amount of usage at what time, so my question is how can he stop this such as league of legends, Skype ,internet explorer and realm of the mad god from bring tracked by his dad?
please help this is a big issue.
(please do not judge him as he is forced to do school all day 6 days a week)

These settings can are found on the router control panel. Usually you type 192.168.1.1 in your browser and you will get a login. If he has not changed the login, simply look up the default credentials for the router and change the settings.

you have not given more details but still i can tell you to ask him to clear all data traffic,history etc.
