For some problems only Yahoo can resolve them....this seems to
be one of them. This first link is for when your emails go straight to your TRASH folder http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...D_MAIL_ML. This link contains links addressing emails going straight to the SPAM folder http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=answ...m%20folder If you are in the Newest format you will have click on SETTINGS instead of Mail Options referred to in the above link ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ For other problems In addition to being able to contact a yahoo rep in the links below you will be able to solve MANY of your problems on this site. . http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya...index.html +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This link provides a phone number/email/ help center options. Also, once the link is displayed you have the option of contacting them on Twitter and Facebook (links on the right side)Many issues are covered on these sites and Yahoo provides updates on the status. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=con...e=en_US&y= NOTE: The phone number is for very BASIC questions such as password recovery, clearing your cache, etc. Other issues may have to be handled thru this link. Once your are in click on "Contact Us for Product Issues " ...then MAIL....follow the prompts. .. http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=home&locale=en_US ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Missing messages link... http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont... ======================================================= I have seen different opinions on whether the recovery process will work on emails deleted from the Trash folder. Yahoo help center advises they will not be recovered. http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?y=PROD&pa...e=en_US&y= ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The following link is used for recovering deleted files that include emails..... http://download.cnet.com/Recuva/3000-224...53287.html ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I have not tried this, but it might be possible to use SYSTEM RESTORE and go back to a date that you had them. click on START....ALL PROGRAMS.... ACCESSORIES...SYSTEM TOOLS...SYSTEM RESTORE and go from there. There are so many versions...IE 7, 8, 9, Vista, etc so the method to get to System Restore might be different +++++++++++++++++++++++++ If the above don't work.....Enter RECOVER DELETED EMAILS in your web browser to bring up sites that say they can. ehow.com is a good one. Enter RECOVER DELETED EMAILS in the search box and click on ENTER. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Ads |
