Windows 8.1 question? Help?

So i got a laptop with a cam on it about 6 months ago. Anyways I'm starting to noticed that when i go to the start menu and see the slideshow, it shows deleted photos of me. I started using the cam to take Facebook profile pictures(and i take at least 5-10{ok maybe 20} before i find "the one"). Anyways they're just showing up on my slideshow, but not the actual folder. I have deleted the pictures and they're deleted from the folder, but still on my slideshow on the start menu. I also "permanently" deleted the pictures from the recycling bin(they're just freakin ugly pictures lol)

What's up with my computer? It just started doing this a couple of weeks ago. Last week it was a different picture that periodically showed on the slideshow...now that one appears to be gone and another picture that I deleted is on the slideshow periodically?
So confused, please help.

Skype keeps your pictures in their folder. You need to delete them from there first.

Open up Windows Explorer, and go to:

C :\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Roaming\Skype\Pictures

You can delete them there.
