No internet connection?

Ok, so today at about 8 am the internet connection just disappeared. I was watching netflix when it happened. The router seems to be working fine, and in fact, it's pretty new! We got it only about 2 weeks ago! The modem is connected, and it shows that it's connected to the cable, too. It does have a yellow blinking light where it says 'Ethernet' though.

The stormy weather might be causing this, but, a few weeks ago my old modem broke, so I replaced it with an extra, (the extra was bought a few years ago), and just in case bought a newer router. The reason I say NEWER is because I bought it off of ebay, so it might not be brand new. (But I'm sure it's newer than my old 5 year old one).

Oh, and I live in Brookline, Mass.
Oh, also, I'm not sure what internet provider I have, (it's shared with other people), but I believe it's either RCN or Comcast.
I'm using a public network, in a café. I'm talking about HOME INTERNET!!!
