I think you should try doing volunteer job at first since it gives plus points for any work that you prefer. May be you can try at your school at first then other places. And all volunteer work is not free... you get some earning too; that can help your social life as well as confident to do any job with or without interview.

It's going to be hard getting into a place with a job interview. Would you want to hire someone with out at least a verbal interview? Now as for places you could try...I am not really sure tbh.

Finding a job without an interview is difficult unless you find a job through personal relations e.g. babysitting, errand work, etc. Interviews are good for gaining experience, anyway. The more interviews you go through, the more comfortable you will be with interviews in the future.
If you have no experience, list your skills. Can you use computer software like Microsoft Word? Can you use social media like Facebook? Are you good at money management? Those are all desirable skills.
Like another answerer said, a volunteer job will really help you on the way to finding a job. I just got a job at a tutoring center after having volunteered there for a year.
