How can I know my internet usage since the last time I'm connected !?
how can I know my internet usage including (downloading , browsing ...) since the last time I'm connected to Internet I mean for example :
I'm connected to internet and the usage starts with zero then I started to browse the internet and download many things then my usage increases I want to know how much is it increased

Logon to your Internet service provider's website, and check your account. It will tell you how much data you used up so far.
