How to remove search suggestion?

In Google Chrome I have search suggestions on top and I'm to remove some. How?
I'm referring to the search bar where everyone types in a website, as soon as the internet turns on I use it.

Click on the icon in the top-right corner and then click on history. In this new tab you will have to click on 'clear browsing data' and then click on 'clear browsing data button'.

PS. You might have to change the time from 'the past hour' to a longer period of time.
