Will by IP change when I switch froom Verizon to comcast?
this is strictly a financial decision..my 2 year into Fios package is expiring....so I am switching to comcast to get a lower priced new customer package.

yes, it won't transfer across ISPs.

The IP address belongs to the ISP. When you change ISP they will allocate you one of their IP addresses when you connect to their network.
