Average rent cost in York ? Studio flat.?

I'm a student moving to york in a few months. I don't really know what the average rent cost is in the uk in general, and york specifically since I come from another country. I'd like to know how much It would cost for a furnished studio flat with internet connection.

Bear in mind that flat rentals in the UK generally don't include any bills, and never Internet (unless specifically stated) - you'd need to get your own Internet connection.
