why can't i see more than 50 emails?

All I can see are 50 emails, I have hundreds. The scroll does nothing. 50 is all I can see and I need to get back to some earlier letters. Big problem. Please answer.

You are using Basic Mail. Hover over the gear and then click on Settings. If you want to see a complete mail list you need to be using full featured maiil. It is at the bottom of the next screen.

If you are using full featured email and do not have the continuous scroll it may be due to your system. You either do not have enough memory or you internet connection is too slow. You can switch to basic mail which has pages of email.
