Does the Huawei W1 support instagram video?

I'm in the market for a new phone and I come across this one. It's the windows phone, I know android 4.1 and up supports it, but I cant seem to find anything about this one. Ive seen plenty of good reviews, but honestly the only thing I need it for is social media and I'd like instagram video because my current one doesn't support it.
