Persistent guy?
If this is long I apologize but I really am thankful if you read it all.
Anyways, so about last summer I met a guy (bob) and we went on one date and I thought it went well however it seems like it didn't for him because he just stopped all communication with me for some reason. I moved on, I met another guy that I liked a lot, was my first intimate partner and guy I actually think I loved, but that relationship ended 4 months ago. Anyways about 2 months ago that guy, bob, suddenly started talking to me again on fb, but I assumed I was just a rebound to him because he was like "oh sorry I haven't contacted you in the past few months, my phone is weird", which was a lame excuse, so I stopped talking to him. He then talked to me again through fb on valentines day, but I did not talk to him because it was V-day and i assumed he was just feeling single on that day so he decided to "talk" to me just to feel better. He just simply said Hey . Now today he sent me a message saying that if he can give it another shot and that he felt like an as-s hole. I don't really know what I should do now, he seems pretty persistent but not too much in a creepy way too much. What should I do? I don't have him as a friend on FB anymore, I deleted him a while ago but he can still message me. Ads |

I would just ignore him and don't respond to his messages
Without knowing him better, it is impossible to know what is going on in his mind. There are several scenarios which could explain his behaviour To be honest, from the sounds of it he is fishing. He is feeling lonely (and horny) and so decides to send all the women he knows on facebook a message to see who might be up for meeting. When you think about it, how many of the first messages (not the replies to your messages) he sent you had any thought behind them? did it look like they were copied and pasted? You went on one date and he never called or messaged you which is lame because he can contact you through facebook so at that time he was not interested. Saying he wants a second chance does raise the question of "why" as one date is not long enough to have a connection to someone I think he is fishing as most girls will ignore him, but only the single ones will bother to reply and of those, one or more might believe him and agree to meet up again Ads |
