What do I need to establish a cloud storage firm?(Human power & hardware & Servers)?
I want to establish an cloud storage company (like Zoolz ,Box,Google Drive,...) and I want to know what exactly do I need? Any help is appreciated. What human power do I need? What hardware do I need? how much Terabytes is enough for beginning? Which hard disk manufacturer is better? How many personnel do I need? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, that's a great question! Of course, it is not easy to answer that in just a single paragraph. You might want to have a look at Backblazes storage pods and read a couple of their blog posts on storage costs and how they handle it. After all they offer unlimited online backup for only $5 per month.
Personally, I would get started as a reseller and once you have the financial means and experience in the field start your own backup service. There are good reseller packages available if you're just looking deep enough and you don't have much risk. Later you could migrate your customers to your own service if need be. Hope that helps!
