How can I disable people from liking and commenting on my Profile Picture?

go to your privacy whenever you change it and

Click on the picture that you want to make private. Change the privacy setting to "Only Me". Do this for all of your profile pictures if you want them all to be private.

The Only Thing you Can Do Is Turn off The Option Of People Being Able to See your Profile Picture

You Can Not Show your Profile Picture And Have Comments and Likes Turned Off

To Make your Profile Picture Private

Go to The Picture

Click on the People Box

Set it to Me Only

That Should Do it
