Facebook isn't opening on all browsers and also on ipad?

it started today morning and i am not able to use it in both my ipad on the safari browser and also on chrome and mozilla firefox i cleared the cache and deleted the history but i still cannot get in and my internet security just expired is it because of that? and i use adblock and i tried disabling it too but still not working i tried to access it through a proxy website and it says my account is locked and i tried verifying myself and when i login i find a blank white page i also tried pinging it from command promt and i received a reply also or is it banned in my country ie india

its possible someone has hacked your account, facebook has well known security issues and its possible someone else is still logged into your account. facebook can be a very dangerous place especially for children. they need some kind of facebook paedo filter. wont somebody please think of the children!
