what is a fake reason where I would HAVE to contact my birth mom (14 YEAR OLD GIRL PLEASE ANSWER)?
I am 14 and recently found my bio family on facebook. I friended my aunt and sent requests to my bio mom and sister under a fake profile. I want to contact my mom (on facebook message) but I don't think she wants me to. I would like to find a reason that would make it mandatory that I contact her for info or something. Maybe a medical issue? so she cant get mad at me because I HAVE to ask her.

Why do you feel like she won't wanna talk to you? If you really wanna contact her i think you should! It's worth a try, what's the worst that could happen? Be brave & Go for it!

Medical reasons could work. Ask her if there is a family history of something you may or may not have.

This woman abandoned you when you were a baby. She has made it quite clear she never wanted anything more to do with you. Why are you so desperate to contact her?

I can only imagine how your real mother must feel about this, being the woman who fed you, clothed you, raised you, loved you, kissed your boo-boos better, helped you with your homework, hugged you when you were upset...

You need to find out what the circumstances of your adoption were. You then need to speak to your parents, the ones who raised you and discuss your desire to know your biological family history. Because you are a minor there may be terms of your adoption that bar your birth family from contacting you. If it was a closed adoption you would need to go through the adoption agency as well as work with your parents to get this information. Going about it your own way could be violating terms of your adoption.

This is a tricky situation, for one it will be delicate, the parents who raised you may not be comfortable with you seeking her out for any number of reasons. You also may want to prepare yourself for your biological family wanting NOTHING to do with you. They could very easily choose to not respond to any requests you make. Please be aware of this and do not go chasing these people down without your parents involvement.
