Advanced Instagram Video Uploading Problems?

Hi, I'm trying to upload a WHP I made in HD with my handycam.

I'm using PowerDirector12 and have produced in many formats to upload from my phone to Instagram.

It will not support MP4s, AVC/H.264s, MKVs, WMVs, MOVs, etc. etc.

I've tried at least 12 different formats at this point and I'm out of ideas, does anyone know what external video types Instagram supports?

It has taken me longer to do this than it has to make the video so I'm pretty upset my Weekend Hastag Project won't make it in time :/

Update: I am attempting to upload from an HTC Evo
Update: The problem is that Instagram will not upload videos of any format from my android

HOWEVER: it did just upload a particular MP4 file, but it won't upload and other MP4 files, which means the problem lies in how much quality can Instagram handle
