To make Windows look smart when it really is a stupid OS. If youo actually try doing that online thing it usually never works. Makes you wonder if it ever worked.

I know what you mean
I had a problem with my work mobile phone, it basically was not working. So I emailed the IT department and they emailed me back asking for my employee number so that they can get the appropriate person to ring me back on my mobile phone! |
