Asus laptop will not stay connected to the internet? (Wireless)?
Suddenly, my fiance's ASUS laptop will not stay connected to the internet.
Sometimes it will work for hours before cutting out, other times a few seconds.

At times he will even have to shut his laptop down before re-trying/
His laptop is 2 years old.

The only recent thing has done, was a driver booster update by Iobit.

His DXDiag:

1.Update Wireless Network driver.Do Update from Device Manager.
2.If it won't help buy external USB wireless Network adapter.

What about any other wireless connected laptop in the house ? Does it also loose connection ? I mean you should compare it to something else as it might be faulty modem . If you take laptop to the friend with wifi does it drop connection there as well ?
