This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to us-mg6.mail.yahoo.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure. Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified. What Should I Do? If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue. this is what comes up when I try to log into my yahoo mail. I have to give it permission to log in before it will do it and when I come back later I have to do the same thing over again. Help Ads |

I am getting the exact same message described above (and below). Tried to call yahoo only to get a message they have too many calls to take mine-- can't even leave a message or stay on hold! This seems very serious but how can I really know?? Anyone have info on this? Thanks!
I am getting this error message every time I log in to yahoo email (for about 1 1/2 weeks). I have tried to find an answer in your Help on-line info but to no avail. Please provide info on what I should do to fix this seemingly VERY serious issue. Thank you. Hi there,
Whenever you sign in to a Yahoo service, your sign in information is protected by "https" (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure), a communications protocol used for secure communication over computer networks and the internet. Web addresses starting with "https://" use this security feature. By using a connection with https, you can be more confident that your account is safer from hackers, and your private information is less likely to fall into someone else’s hands. I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps and/or other browsers, which usually resolves these types of issues: Fix browser and feature problems on Yahoo http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...OD_MAIL_ML If this doesn't help, please contact us using the link below and include as much information as possible like specific error messages or behavior. https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?...cale=en_US Hope this helps. Cheers! |
