Tracking packs with "LNXXXXXXXXXCN" code?
Hello,
I'm waiting a registered mail that was sent with a tracking code that starts with "LN" and end with US.

"LNXXXXXXXXXUS"

It was sent more than 1 month ago, and still nobody can tell me where is my pack.
Italian postal service says that these kind of pack are not trackable, but other says the opposite.

Can you tell me if someone of you was able to have informations with this kind of tracking code?
(I've already try to tracking on USPS website but it says error.

Thanks for the help!
Thank you for the info! In the past, when I got items from USA, they give me a tracking number from USPS and once arrived in Italy, they usually change the tracking code with a new one internal, so that the item can be tracked again.. but I dont understand why for this specific item is not possible for italy postal service, to give me another code and knowing where is my pack. Moreover, I 've asked to the company who ship this package "Spoonflower " if their basic shipping method was trackable, and they assured me that it was....

According to the USPS web site, this is a "Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope or Small Flat Rate Box". If you are mailing from one country to another using the postal service, you can't get tracking information once it leaves the country. For example, if I buy registered delivery here in the UK, but I mail it to the US, the only thing the Royal Mail can tell me is when they handed it off to the USPS. Once it leaves the Royal Mail, I can't use the Royal Mail's web site to track it any more. Likewise if you mailed this from the US to a foreign country, then you can only track it using the USPS while it is in the US. As soon as it leaves the US, it is in the custody of some other mail service and they will not provide any information back to the USPS about what's going on.

The only way to have complete shipping information from door-to-door and do it internationally is to use a commercial carrier like FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. When they deliver the package, it is always in their custody, so they always know where it is, regardless of what country it is in.

Chances are that it is held in customs in the non-US country. I shipped a laptop from the US to the UK this way once. I won't make that mistake again. It sat in UK customs for 3 months. The laptop became a Valentine's day present instead of a Christmas present.
