Internet connection problem in Samsung Gt b3410?

I bought Samsung Corby b3410 in 10th October 2010.
At first there was no problems in internet connection in my mobile. I got my internet connection profile or settings by sms from the operator. I have internet connection in my mobile. I can go to internet. But in January 2011, I started to face a problem with my connection whenever i go to internet it loaded for huge time and before displaying the webpage it freeze and restart. It is happening everytime i went to internet. there is no problem in my sim i can go to internet with my sim in my brother mobile Nokia 5800 or in my father mobile Nokia N85.
I thought of reset of mobile but it want password which I dont no. (My Mobile is not second hand)
So what should I do?

I am, an engineer, I know how to fix your internet connection. Some times the static in the battery confuses the signals. Or maybe it is overheated. The first step is to remove the battery and allow it to cool down. (Next to the air conditioner, or in the fridge) If the internet is still not working, dismantle your phone and attempt to re-assemble them it (Make sure the phone is turned off) take out the sim. And remove the gold chips. Wrap your sim in foil and it should work.
