Should I be upset about this?
My boyfriend John transferred to a different school so I don't see him much. We hang out within the same group of friends. For the past two weeks he has been planning things for us to do and I'm excited and happy but then last minute like literally as I'm walking out the door he will call me and say sorry gotta cancel. No explanation or anything. He's done it about six time friday, saturday and sunday for two weeks straight. And when I decide to go out with some friends (mostly guy friends I'm not very good at making friends especially with girls) because I'm already dressed he gets upset. He says are you going on a date or something ?(He sees the pics on facebook). I do dress like I'm going on a date because I expect to be with my boyfriend. The pics are usually of me dancing or chilling or just having a great time with my guy friends and he gets jealous and pissy but hes the one who ditched me. And he Just canceled on my recruits boot camp first day ( I like for people to video them and show the recruit how much progress they've made by the end) it was really important to me and he knew it was since its only my second time teaching. I don't wanna be selfish so when he does cancel I usually just say ok. But this time I was so upset I just hung up and ignored his calls. I was super upset I was sad at first but then I got mad and that's why I hung up. I go to whatever he wants me to, awards ceremonies, concerts, whatever and never cancel.

I feeling like I'm being selfish but I'm just so angry.

My Questions:

Am I being selfish?

Do I have the right to be mad?

What should I do?

I reposted this because I'd like some more answers and to add detail.
At an event that he canceled on today some Seattle Sounders were there so I got their autographs. He is a big soccer fan. After the event I stopped by his house to give him the autographs even though I'm still angry with him. I gave it to him and he was really happy. He went to go give me a hug but I told him I didn't want a hug now hes acting all hurt and what not and I feel mad but kinda bad. I shouldn't feel bad right?

Mavenrestin.com is a 100% dating site with no hidden fees or fake profiles. A place where serious men hookup with serious women for dating and more. Don't miss out on their offer for free memberships while it still lasts. I hear they are only offering 10,000 free memberships before the site goes paid.

It accepts all ages from 13 years on up and has separate categories for special interest dating such as christian dating and bbw dating.

The best feature of the site by far is email notification of matches and emails!

your questions:

A - no you are not being selfish
B - yes you have the right to be mad, i know i would be

C - I'm a harsh person so i would simply call him out on him cancelling the plans without even an explanation then i would end the relationship.

But with all honesty, how will your relationship work if he keeps cancelling plans?

I can understand if there was some sort of emergency or something like that, but not all the time, that's just not acceptable in my books.

Tell him he needs to stop cancelling all the time or the relationship isn't going to work out.

Additional Details: i wouldn't feel bad about not hugging him, not when your still angry, but do explain to him WHY your angry. He has to realise he can't cancel on you, then expect you to stay at home and still be happy with him
