Okay so I liked this guy and I thought he was really cute and I told me best friend and so she DM's him on Twitter and asks for his number for HER to text him. I just think that's really shitty of her. Well anyway he also DM'd me and told me to text him, well I have been and he so nice and he texts me and says "Goodmorning " and calls me sweetie and precious and stuff like that. But I know my friend kinda likes him now. But I do too. I don't wanna ruin our friendship but I think it's only fair that she back off because I liked him and she did that to me. Maybe I'm just being selfish? Idk. What should I do? We're both 17 if that helps.

Continue meeting this guy and if you want to have a love relationship then do it.

It's your friend that interfered and she should understand this, explain this to her if she ever starts getting annoyed, tell her you still want to be friends and it shouldn't stop just because you both like this guy. Be nice to her if you still want to be friends.
