Someone HACKED my twitter?

when I go on my twitter I see things that I haven't written to people and on my timeline,I don't know what to do.did I get hacked?? and what should I do??
I already changed my password and nothing changed! I still see things I didn't write I also disconnected the apps
Dizzy how you close your account on twitter?? and do you have to? because I would want to make a new twitter account and start all over

Change your password and go to "apps" in your Twitter settings and disconnect any apps you don't recognise

uh this happened to someone i know, she had to close her account because she thinks someone got her ip address. mkae sure the apps you're connected to are real not fakes tho too.
