How can I restore my twitter from suspension?

My twitter has recently given me a suspension, for following too many people. They gave me an option of accepting two terms (checking boxes), and then they will lift the suspension, and I will have my account back. Problem is, it tells me to type in the captcha written, but there is no text box to write it in. There is literally no space to write the captcha. What do I do?

try it on different browser and if that doesnt solve wait for sometime like an hour. Might be a problem with their server
