When i work mean seo for a website which backlink method is more effective for ranking? Such as directory forum posting,social bookmarking ,blog commenting etc.

All of those you named are lower quality link sources, guest articles on a high ranking site with an in body link is way more powerful than a blog comment, there are a few, mainly paid directories that are respected by the search engines, DMOZ is still valuable, just submit a quality site and give them months to get around to reviewing it. Most junk directories that bulk submit robots can apply to have little value, I recall seeing 50 directories on one file server, perhaps owned by a paid posting service.

Getting a diversity of link sources helps to maintain a more natural link profile, getting a few from all these sources is helpful, a do follow comment on a relavant page with a pagerank 4 and very few other comments, is 1000 more valuable than a comment on an unmoderated page, loaded with spam comments, too many of those will acually be harmful to your search ranking.

Those days are over, after the Google updates you need to give your customers something they want and not a bunch of garbage links. You need to create or give away something of value and then the links will build faster than you can keep track of. Think of something you can give away that costs you nothing but is of high-value to someone else, such as an ebook or very useful article. Posting in forums and blogs still helps a little, but Google is constantly restraining this method and I thin sooner or later it will harm your site. There is nothing wrong with commenting in related forums or blogs as long as they are relevant comments and the blog or forum is related to your target site.

High authority pages it doesn't matter which type of website you're getting a backlink from if the other website is legitimate and has good ranking it will count as a good keyword
